No Sound Fix

If you send a message to TOEFL, here's the e-mail they'll send back to you:

Please apply steps below to fix the SOUND issue in TOEFL POWERPREP LISTENING SECTION.

MAKE SURE THE TOEFL POWERPREP IS CLOSED.

CLICK ON START, FIND, FILE OR FOLDERS. TYPE TSD2.DLL IN THE NAME: SECTION.

TYPE C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM IN THE LOOK IN: SECTION. THEN CLICK ON FIND NOW.

ONCE THE TSD2.DLL FILE IS FOUND RIGHT CLICK ON IT AND THEN CLICK RENAME.

RENAME THE TSD2.DLL FILE TO TSD2.OLD THEN HIT ENTER TO ACCEPT THE CHANGE.

NOW TRY THE SOFTWARE AGAIN. PLEASE REPLY WITH FIX RESULTS.

NOTE: The problem relates to two versions of TSD2.DLL on the computer. One loaded by Windows the other directly used by TOEFL POWERPREP. This allows the TOEFL version to be used.
