• have scored in the top 2 %ile of the GMAT or GRE
• have a four-year college degree or Master's degree
• have at least two years of teaching experience
• write well
• speak at least two languages
• are familiar with and comfortable with diverse cultures
• are tolerant of different belief systems
• are funny, personable, gentle, patient, and dynamic
